central location helpful staff
The location is very central and I found it surrounded by many restaurants. The staff were cute and answered all my questions. They provided additional services when I asked.
The room was small. There were no coffee making facilities. The bathroom door was glass. This provided no privacy.

good central place
great location respectful staff amazing breakfast
location was amazing for xmas markets. the staff was very courteous to us. breakfast had lots of choices. we checked-in early and they kept our luggage. they took it to our room, that helped a lot.
air conditioner did not work and there were no instructions. the clerk seemed distracted.

the hotel has a 24/7 reception. it includes both cold and warm drinks. there is easy parking available in the courtyard for a fee, allowing quick access, that is so helpful for travellers with their own vehicle.

the staff are really good and speak english well. they are very helpful if you need any assistance or have questions about travel. they gave their best to.

the room was quite small. it included perfect beds and pillows. the room had a funky decoration with color pops everywhere. the room was warm, very clean and had all that we needed.

breakfast had fresh and tasty pastries. it was very good, complete and has all for any tastes. the dining area has a great atmosphere and decoration. the breakfast was amazing with lots of choice.

fantastic stay!
perfect location friendly staff lovely breakfast splendid value
i found the location excellent i was so close to many bars shops and restaurants the staff greeted me so warmly they were always so friendly and helpful it was never too much trouble for them. i also enjoyed the lovely breakfast provided i thought the value for money was splendid.
my room was slightly small but i really enjoyed my stay anyway

the location offered great access to major transport links. i found the breakfast selection decent, with ample choice. the staff helped me arrange airport transfer at checkout..
The bathroom door did not lock. Conversations were easily overheard.

small room late night noise
The location was great , very close to the center and the metro.
The room felt small. The shelves provided minimal storage. The noise from nearby pubs was a problem , with shouting and singing until late at night.
